 American Income Life is an organization with the goals of helping as many families achieve security through life insurance as possible, and helping agents achieve financial goals by means of growing their business of helping others. If you're looking to build your own insurance business, you've come to right place. The process of the job is as simple as you'll be reaching out to people who have requested our benefits and providing them with Insurance plans based on their needs, situation, and budget. Once you master our sales system, with the help of all of our top of the line training, we'll help you build your insurance team and start building your passive income.

Once you get into management and start building your team (that we will help you with), you'll start making money on every policy that anyone you train has sold. This is where opportunity truly becomes unlimited. You can make 6 figures just by having 5 agents who sell a couple policies a week each.

This is fully commission, no salary.

Let's say you're on a 50% contract:

Let's say you sell someone a policy for $100 a month.

You're entitled to $50 (or 50% of the monthly premium) a month for the next 12 months

You'll get a 9 month advance on that, meaning next week on Friday, you'll get $450

The remaining 3 months go into a 'financial bucket' which you'll get later in the year for that policy.

For new agents, our goal is to get you writing 3-6 policies per week. 

Which comes out to $1,350-$2,700 weekly. These are average numbers, with our trainings you will improve your profitability over time. Some weeks you may make $1,500, some weeks you may make $4,000. Our goal is to get you to making six figures on the business you write as soon as possible. 

Your contract percentage goes up from 50% to 60% after 90 days or after you sell 15,000 of Annual premium, whichever one comes first. Contracts go up to 80%. You will also get long term residual payments for every policy you sell for as long as it's active. This is how we build wealth long term.

Plus the money that comes with building your business and having agents under you.

American Income Life is partnered with over 20,000 labor unions and associations in the country. The UAW, Teamsters, Firefighters, Teachers, Police Officers, Plumbers, Pipefitters, etc. all throughout the country get insurance benefits from us. We mail out direct mail postcards to their member's houses that lets them know they're entitled to receive insurance benefits from us. If they're interested in meeting with an agent, they fill the card out, mail it in, and it comes back to us for us to give to the agents at NO COST to the agent.

On top of unions, we work other miscellaneous markets and provide other benefits, such as credit unions, veterans, etc.

• After we reach out to you, the first thing we'll have to do is work on getting licensed. You'll need to take an online course for Life Insurance Licensing. The course is done at your own pace, typically takes 1-2 weeks to complete. 
• One you pass the course you then take the official state test.
• Once you pass the test you'll be given your license and we can get you contracted with us. Now you'll be able to start training, start learning our products, shadow a manager etc. 
• Our training course goes on for 2 weeks over Zoom. It goes from 1 PM EST to 5 PM EST. Then you'll take an hour break for dinner and be back from 6-9 PM EST to shadow a manager. 

This is a full time position but we are as flexible as you need us to be as long as you're able to work 5 days a week. Whatever those 5 days are, are up to you. Because we meet with mostly Union members, they're at work during the day and we're able to meet with them at home in the evening. During the week our agents work 2-9 PM EST, with most having their best success around 6-9 PM when our clients are home from work! You MUST be able to work evenings when you work during the week. If you choose to work Saturday or Sunday, any time is good.
